What You Actually Get

Every issue. Clear evidence. A specific fix.

Below is a real finding from an anonymised audit. This is the format every issue is delivered in — no jargon, no vague recommendations.

P2 · High Persuasion Architecture #P2-07

No loss aversion framing on any page

Pages: Homepage, /ux-cro-audit Effort: Small Impact: Medium

Evidence

All benefit framing is gain-oriented — "find what's stopping conversions", "stop the bleeding". No copy explicitly frames what the visitor loses each day they don't act: missed sales, wasted ad spend, converting at half the achievable rate.

Impact

Loss aversion is a stronger motivator than equivalent gain framing (Kahneman, 1979). Visitors are more motivated to avoid losing £500/month in missed revenue than to gain the same amount. The current copy leaves this lever untouched.

Action

Add one loss-framed sentence near the final CTA — e.g. "Every week without a clear fix list, your traffic spend is outrunning your conversions." This complements the scarcity messaging already present without requiring structural page changes.

FAQs

Common questions

What exactly is a UX CRO audit?
A UX CRO audit is a structured review of your website that identifies every friction point stopping visitors from converting into customers. It combines user experience (UX) principles with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques to give you a specific, prioritised fix list – not a stack of slides.
How is AI used, and why does it still need a human?
The AI systematically scans your site against 75+ checkpoints far faster than any human – catching technical issues, layout problems, and copy weaknesses a human would miss. The human expert then filters out false positives, adds business context, and writes recommendations you can actually use. AI gives coverage; the expert gives judgement.
Do I need to give you access to Google Analytics or my CMS?
No. All packages are based on a live URL review, so there is nothing to install or share. If you want to provide Analytics data for additional context, you're welcome to – but it's never required.
What if I'm not happy with the report?
If you feel the audit didn't deliver real value, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll either revise the report to address your concerns or issue a full refund. Simple as that.
Which audit should I choose – Ecommerce or SaaS?
Simply choose the one that matches your business model. If you sell physical or digital products through an online store, choose the Ecommerce audit. If you run a software product with a trial, subscription, or freemium model, choose the SaaS audit. Both are the same price and the same depth – the difference is in where we focus and what we look for.
Is this as thorough as a full agency audit?
No — and that's deliberate. A full agency engagement typically runs £3,000–£10,000 and includes stakeholder interviews, session recording analysis, heatmap review, and weeks of discovery. That's the right tool for a business that has already optimised the basics and needs to squeeze out marginal gains.

Most early-stage ecommerce stores and SaaS sites aren't at that point. They have the same high-impact problems — weak messaging, missing trust signals, friction at the point of decision, performance issues costing them mobile conversions. You don't need a £5,000 engagement to find those. You need someone to look properly and tell you clearly what to fix first. That's exactly what this audit is designed to do.
Why is it £99 now and £199 later?
We're taking on the first 3 audits at an introductory founder rate to build case studies and refine the delivery process. Once those spots are filled, the price moves to £199. Both prices reflect what this product is — a right-sized audit for businesses at an early growth stage, not a cut-price version of something bigger. If you're reading this, the introductory rate is still available.
